Chardonnay Trevenezie IGT

Commonly, we think that Chardonnay originated in France, in the wine region of Burgundy.
In reality, the first to bring white wine to France were the Crusaders who brought with them the grape seeds and the wine, one of the divine symbols, which was called “Shaar-adonay,” which in Hebrew means “Gate of God,” the symbol of the Holy City of Jerusalem.
There is evident similarity between the two terms, thus explaining the true origin of the name “Chardonnay,” which actually comes from Hebrew and not from French.
