The quality system is based on several international standards that certify our production chain: among the active certifications we find the UNI EN ISO 14001, the Global Standard for Food Safety Version 9 (Grade AA) of the BRC standard, the International Food Standard Version 8 (Higher Level) of IFS and the certification related to organic production.
These standards include defining the responsibilities, procedures, operating instructions and documents necessary to ensure the quality of the products and services offered to customers.
