Trebbiano Marche IGT

For some, Trebbiano derives from the ancient Vinum Tribulanum, produced in the agro tribulanis, which were the farms of that era. For others, however, the name would derive from Trebbia, one of the rivers that flows in Emilia Romagna.
As uncertain as the origin of its name may be, it is certain instead that Trebbiano is the most cultivated white grape variety in Italy.
