Lambrusco Mantovano D.O.C.

In Italy, Lambrusco is the typical sparkling wine served with tortellini, salami, and local dishes from Lombard and Emilia Romagna cuisine.
In the 1970s and 1980s, Lambrusco represented 50% of Italian wine exports to the United States; its success was due to its simplicity, which not only made it suitable to be served with a wide variety of dishes but also made it famous as the “Italian Coca-Cola.”
The 7×7 Magazine, the most important publication in San Francisco, had recommended Lambrusco as the perfect wine to accompany Mexican cuisine.
Whether it’s Italian, American, or Mexican cuisine, it doesn’t matter: what matters is what you drink, and when it comes to Lambrusco, you can never go wrong! Cheers!
