Gutturnio D.O.C. Frizzante

In Latin, the ‘guturnium’ (or ‘cuturnium’) was a pitcher used for pouring wine. In the 19th century, a Roman-era silver cup was found in the Po River, and presumably, it is from this that the wine ‘Gutturnio’ derives its name.
