Riesling Brut Oltrepò Pavese D.O.C. Brut
Riesling seems to have arrived in Oltrepò Pavese only after the dramatic period of phylloxera, when it became necessary to replant a large part of the vineyards destroyed by the small insect imported from America.
The wine produced with Riesling is a simple white, straw-yellow in color, with delicately fruity aromas.
